For our Product Team, we are looking for someone responsible for leading the design of the customer experience of our digital products with a clear vision of simplicity and user satisfaction. Additionally, you must guide the design team to encourage their growth and development within the team.
Main functions:
👉🏻Lead the UX/UI work strategy and methodology for the development of our products
👉🏻Create simple, intuitive, and attractive user experiences and interfaces that improve the usability of products
👉🏻Ensure homogeneity between products and define a common UX/UI vision for the entire company
👉🏻Evaluate the usability of our products and discover opportunities for improvement
👉🏻Be responsible for the backlog of own UX/UI initiatives
👉🏻Ensure the quality of the design team's deliveries.
👉🏻Supervise and manage the user experience design team, including hiring, training, task assignment, and performance evaluation, to maintain a high level of quality and efficiency in the team's work.
Requirements
📌Professional training in design
📌Minimum 5 years of experience in UX/UI of digital products, including apps and web
📌Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams
📌Mastery of UX/UI tools such as Figma, Hotjar and Adobe Suite
📌Advanced English required
